Refund policy

Hannah Tomoko has a 14-day return policy for in-stock designs (earrings and bracelets from Hannah Tomoko collections), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

However, customized designs, special orders and discounted items (such as stock sale items) are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be in perfect condition, undamaged, unworn, with certificate - care card, collection card and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

For returns, please contact me before you send your return. Send an email to info@hannahtomoko.com with your order number and the reason why you'd like to return your jewelry. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Avenue Nandrin 43, 4130 Esneux, Belgium.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returning your order is at your own risk and you are responsible for the shipping cost.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom or customized products, special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your jewelry upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

I stand behind the quality of my designs and I want you to enjoy my high-quality jewelry with an exceptional design. If your item is defective, I will work with you to repair the item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days upon reception of your item at the address above. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
